Staying at this hacienda was a unique experience with its own setup and charm. The rooms were very spacious with large French doors opening out to the yard, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The friendly staff and old-world preservation added to the overall experience, although some elements felt contrived. The location, surrounded by well-tended gardens and wildlife, offered a serene retreat with plenty of activities like horseback rides. The dining was good but sometimes late to start.

Staying at Hacienda Sepulveda was an absolute delight. The rooms were incredibly cozy with old fired brick floors, a working fireplace, antler chandelier, and great linens, situated in the former granary of the hacienda and next to the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by concrete arches, offering a zen-like spa experience at night. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond, turning down the bed and leaving a flower and piece of candy. The location was a dream, set in the old granary with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and immaculate gardens where peacocks roam on 350 hectares of agricultural land. While the dining experience was good, it was noted to start late, and it was suggested to ensure repellent is on hand for outdoor gatherings. Hacienda Sepulveda truly encapsulates the essence of a historic hacienda with its luxurious amenities and welcoming atmosphere with an understanding of the value they provide.
